Featuring actor Adrián Uribe as twins Ricardo and Toño, the premiere of “Como Tú No Hay 2” was among the top three most-watched programs on broadcast television with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34, and positioned Univision ahead of CBS with Adults 18-49 and both CBS and NBC with Adults 18-34 for the entire night. Overall, the program delivered more Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 than the original primetime line-ups on ABC (“The Bachelor Presents: Listen To Your Heart” and “The Baker and The Beauty”) as well as first-run episodes of NBC’s “Songland,” FOX’s “Prodigal Son” as well as The CW’s “Whose Line Is It Anyway” and “Roswell New Mexico.”
The modern romantic comedy outperformed Telemundo head-to-head in the 10 p.m. hour with double the audience among Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49, as well as nearly two times more Adults 18-34. “Como Tú No Hay 2” also drove Univision to the No. 1 Spanish-language network ranking during primetime with double-digit audience advantages over Telemundo among Total Viewers 2+ (+86% advantage), Adults 18-49 (+74% advantage) and Adults 18-34 (+49% advantage). “Como Tú No Hay 2” ranks as the highest-rated primetime novela/series premiere in the 2019/2020 Season thus far on Spanish-language Television among Total Viewers 2+.
Univision’s primetime lineup featuring “Te Doy La Vida,” “Amor Eterno” and the one-hour premiere of “Como Tú No Hay 2,” attracted more Total Viewers 2+ (+33), Adults 18-49 (+40%) and Adults 18-34 (+40%) versus the comparable night last year.
